Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our expanding Field Operations team. You will provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, with Monday-Friday overnight travel within a 150-250 mile radius to ensure security and functionality nationwide.

Approximate year-end earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000 (base pay plus overtime). The hourly range is $27.00–$31.00, based on experience, travel, and location, with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites following SOPs.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Prioritize and route daily service calls; complete maintenance and repair work on time and with quality.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service, training, and support.
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians and foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
