Job summary

Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, seeks technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics focused on electronic security solutions. You will service security systems at customer sites and handle post-installation issues, including special project work.

Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, diagnosing and resolving problems, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting system changes for traceability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, burglary and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure system uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize availability.
• Document all system modifications and configurations.
• Assist on-site with software upgrades and major modifications.
• Produce technical documentation for deployment details.
