Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to maintain uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually or in a team.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize availability and identify faults.
• Document all system modifications in change control tracking system.
• Create technical documentation for deployment and system aspects.
• Perform pre-deployment testing and on-site software upgrades.
