Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in servicing security systems or similar technical role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification/degree is a plus.
• Basic understanding of security system components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on security systems (alarms, cameras, access control).
• Respond to service calls and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Document service activities and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Communicate updates to clients and guide system use; follow safety protocols.
• Work with sales, management and operations teams to serve customers.
