Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Service Technician II in Raleigh, NC. You will handle advanced maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for security systems, leading calls for complex issues and performing system upgrades to meet client needs.

You will mentor Service Technician 1, develop best practices, and maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. This is a hands-on role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics certification or degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience servicing security systems with advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of security system components and integration.
