Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies Inc is seeking a Service Technician II to perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for security solutions. You will lead complex service calls, mentor junior technicians, and develop best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of security systems experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably CPP/PSP certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience servicing security systems with advanced troubleshooting.
• Advanced certifications (CPP, PSP) highly desirable.
