Qualifications

• Active EL06 license or close to obtaining it required.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control and intrusion systems.
• Experience with Bosch and Silent Knight fire systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually or as a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure application availability.
• Document all system modifications through a tracking system.
