Travel to client sites is required; install, service, and test electronic security systems. Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills are essential.

A valid driver's license is required and knowledge of Bosch, DMP, and Lenel products is preferred. Location options include Idaho Falls or Pocatello areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of electronic and physical security service/installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to a week.
• Knowledge of security equipment such as alarm systems, access control, CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair.
• Install and service electronic and physical security products.
• Perform site surveys and installation startup; test equipment.
• Maintain tools, inventory and paperwork.
• Train less experienced employees.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
