Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time Security Service Technician for Idaho Falls/Pocatello, ID. Duties include installing, wiring, testing security systems, and providing training to customers. The role requires strong customer service, time management, and a professional appearance.

Location is Idaho Falls or Pocatello, ID. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour DOE and Certifications, with opportunities for travel up to a week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of electronic and physical security service/installation experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of security equipment and access control products is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair.
• Install and service electronic and physical security products including wiring.
• Test installed/serviced equipment for performance and code compliance.
• Maintain and account for tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Communicate project status to management and customers.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
