M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Security Systems Engineer 2 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, implement, and sustain enterprise-level physical security and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial clients.

The role requires hands-on integration, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with Design/Install and O&M teams. You will work on intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, and related IT and security systems while

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 0+ years or Bachelor’s with 2+ years required.
• Experience with enterprise security and IT systems is required.
• Proven ability to implement secure, reliable security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, test, and sustain enterprise physical security and IT systems.
• Collaborate with Design/Install and O&M teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Lead tasks independently and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Document designs, changes, and procedures; maintain security posture.
