Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Security Department.
• Supervise and evaluate Security Officers.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication across security teams.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and guest service.
• Monitor and protect guests, associates, visitors, and assets.
• Oversee patrols, access control, surveillance, and incident response.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and evacuations.
• Ensure compliance with fire life safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify risks.
• Develop and implement security policies and best practices.
