Supervisor Security – Hilton Grand Vacations
Location: St. Maarten, Resort: Royal Palm
Hours: 40 per week
Job Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members, members, owners, and guests while following and enforcing all company policies and procedures and providing direction and supervision to Security Officers.
- Conduct patrols of the common areas, offices, work and storage areas, being observant and reporting any safety or security deficiencies.
- Operate and monitor all security equipment, including radios, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), master keys and the resort’s key card system.
- Log all hard keys, visitor badges, parking passes, as well as lost and found property according to Company policy and procedure.
- Provide continuous professionalism and courtesy with every guest and team member interaction.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and obtain all information, photographs, statements and evidence for incident reports.
- Assign schedules, shift posts and special assignments for Security Officers.
- Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct shift briefs and training for Security Officers.
- Maintain CPR/AED certification.
- Complete all incident and/or injury reports for submission to Risk Management, HR and Resort Management in a timely fashion.
- Identify and assist management with trespassing problematic guests, visitors or team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security‑related matters at all times.
- Participate and assist management, as well as first responders in emergency situations.
- Conduct inspections of, and notify management if any deficiencies are found with the Security Department’s vehicles or equipment.
- Escort team members or vendors through secure areas.
- Conduct key and safe assists as assigned.
- Act as a witness to cash drops.
- Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
