Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor for Saddlebrook Resort – Tampa, a premier 480-acre property with extensive guest services. You will oversee front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a team of associates during a p.m.

and weekend shift. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field and at least one year of front desk/guest services supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field; plus one+ year front office/guest services supervisory experience.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset with budgeting and staff scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk operations and guest services for assigned shift.
• Schedule associates to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and address staffing/human resources actions per policy.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and resolve complaints.
