Job summary

SCIS is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel at client sites. The role may include performing duties as a Security Officer within the assignment.

The incumbent will supervise staff, coach and discipline, and ensure security post coverage and compliance with client requirements. Key responsibilities include training personnel, reviewing post orders, preparing reports, and coordinating with client representatives to meet security standards.

Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret clearance required.
• Ability to obtain additional clearances as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years security-related experience.
• Background checks and drug testing required.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel on client sites.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
