Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write routine logs/reports.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site and screens visitors.
• Patrols the site to detect hazards and security violations.
• Monitors entrances/exits and CCTV; directs disturbances to exit the property.
• Prepares logs or reports and maintains safety and compliance.
• Responds to incidents and coordinates with client representatives and authorities.
