Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Supervise officers assigned to your location.
  • Complete required reports.
  • Patrol and monitor assigned areas; report and document suspicious activities.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property.
  • Contact law enforcement or fire department during emergencies.
  • After hours, check doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity.
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and unwelcome parties off premises.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Learn the layout of property and buildings.
  • Effective communication via phone or radios.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly.
  • Prolonged sitting and monitoring surveillance equipment.
  • Prolonged standing and observing surroundings.
  • Ability to twist and bend frequently.
Applicants must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be able to work flexible schedules.
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or have 10 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Be drug-free before employment; refusal to test disqualifies.
  • Have medications in labeled containers if prescribed.
  • Be alcohol-free.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers if needed.
  • Be willing to receive necessary vaccinations.

Supervisor duties include overseeing employees, scheduling, payroll, reporting, and communication with staff, management, and clients.
