The Clinical Data Supervisor will assist with overseeing the Clinical Data Analysis team, ensuring the quality and productivity of the team.
Responsibilities
- Undergo full training and achieve fluency in Clinical Data Entry roles and responsibilities.
- Perform random quality checks for all agents to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a tracking mechanism to monitor and report reporting errors.
- Be available in real time to support employees experiencing work and/or personal issues, providing coaching, counseling, and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Director and RAQA on CRI root cause issues, logging all relevant data for resolution.
- Create workflow documents, including departmental SOPs, track changes to reporting processes, and provide training.
- Develop schedules to ensure adequate staffing for the workload and approve time cards.
- Conduct yearly performance reviews, providing feedback and discussing career development.
- Participate in interviewing potential candidates and influence final hiring decisions.
- Mentor and train new employees.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- This role involves working with PHI in both paper and electronic forms, accessing various technologies to perform job duties.
- Complete required training on HIPAA/PHI privacy, policies, procedures, and security within the first 30 days of hire.
- Maintain current status on Natera training requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of data entry/customer service experience, including 6 months in Clinical Data Entry, and 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Fluency in Clinical Data Entry processes.
- Experience with LIMS is preferred.
- Experience in data collection and maintenance is a plus.
