Tulsa City-County Library is seeking a Security Supervisor to guide daily security operations across multiple library locations. The role involves scheduling, staff training, and ensuring compliance with library rules and CLEET requirements.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CLEET certification, and at least two years of public sector security experience, with one year in supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a driver’s license is required.
Security Supervisor supervises and provides daily operational guidance to security staff, including establishing daily/weekly schedules, training new security officers, verifying accuracy of time sheets, and communicating relevant information across the system.

Central Library - 400 Civic Center Tulsa, OK. 74103, and Multiple Tulsa City-County Library locations.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Flexibility required with evenings and weekends as needed.
$4,717.00/month.

Requires occasional stooping or bending; occasional light lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required; frequent use of office equipment as well as long periods of sitting, standing, or walking as needed. Occasional minor discomforts from exposure to less than optimal temperature and air conditions; may involve dealing with modestly unpleasant situations, such as working in a confined area for long periods of time, dealing with angry or unruly customers, occasional exposure to office chemicals and/or extensive use of video display terminals. Routine, in-town travel with occasional out-of-town trips. Reliable transportation is required.
