Tulsa City-County Library is seeking a Security Supervisor to guide security staff, schedule shifts, train officers, and ensure policy compliance across the system. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and supervisory experience in a public setting.
Responsibilities include patrols, camera monitoring, incident reporting, and coordinating with local authorities during emergencies. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.
The Security Supervisor supervises and provides daily operational guidance to security staff, including establishing daily/weekly schedules, training new security officers, verifying accuracy of time sheets, and communicating relevant information across the system.

Flexibility required with Evenings and weekends as needed;

Requires occasional stooping or bending; occasional light lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required; frequent use of office equipment as well as long periods of sitting, standing, or walking as needed
Occasional minor discomforts from exposure to less than optimal temperature and air conditions; may involve dealing with modestly unpleasant situations, such as working in a confined area for long periods of time, dealing with angry or unruly customers, occasional exposure to office chemicals and/or extensive use of video display terminals
Routine, in-town travel with occasional out-of-town trips. Reliable transportation is required.
