Job summary

The Eliza Jane Hotel is seeking a vigilant security professional to help ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff. You will patrol the premises, manage access, and address incidents with calm, decisive action.

With a commitment to hospitality and security, the role emphasizes proactive threat assessment, quick response, and clear documentation, all while maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the property and surrounding areas.
• Ability to patiently and effectively diffuse a situation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of people in the property.
• Remove wrongdoers or non-guests/team members from the area.
• Secure all exits and doors after end of operations.
• Provide assistance with any injuries or incidents and investigate and document, as necessary.
