The Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans seeks an experienced bartender to craft traditional and creative cocktails with outstanding service. You will welcome guests with warmth, knowledge, and stylish hospitality, delivering accurate drink recommendations and pairings in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.
• An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
