Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and oversee the hotel security team in Austin. You’ll respond to safety incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with loss prevention and emergency protocols. Prior law enforcement or hotel security experience is preferred, with an associate degree preferred.

• Facilitate safety training and ensure OSHA compliance and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain safety.
• Build relationships with team members and other departments to promote collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise the Security team, ensuring effective responses to all safety and security incidents.
• Conduct investigations of missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-ups.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director of Security, including managing schedules and assigning duties.
• Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, loss prevention policies, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to create a collaborative and respectful work environment.
