Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Manager to lead the hotel Security team, oversee incident investigations, and ensure safe operations across the property.

You will manage schedules, conduct patrols, and drive loss prevention programs while collaborating with other departments to uphold a secure guest experience. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in hotel security, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and emergency response

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hotel security experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and emergency response protocols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Security team and respond to safety incidents.
• Investigate missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents with detailed reports.
• Oversee department operations in the Director’s absence, including scheduling and duties.
• Provide safety training and ensure OSHA compliance and loss prevention policies.
• Conduct daily patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks.
• Build strong cross-department relationships to foster a collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the Security team, ensuring effective responses to all safety and security incidents.
• Conduct investigations of missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-ups.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director of Security, including managing schedules and assigning duties.
• Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, loss prevention policies, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to create a collaborative and respectful work environment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in First Aid/CPR administration, OSHA compliance, and emergency response protocols.

• An associate's degree is preferred, with 2-5 years of hotel industry experience.
