Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead safety operations and protect residents, guests, and team members. The role includes supervising the security team, patrolling properties, and managing access points in line with Sunrise standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related security experience, strong communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security documentation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents, complete reports and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with local police, fire and emergency responders as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and risk management policies.
• Secure and unlock community areas per policy.
• Assist residents with after-hours escorts and package delivery.
• Maintain security logs, equipment inventory and daily documentation.
• Support transportation needs when required.
• Coach, train and develop security team members.

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 3+ years related security or safety experience preferred

• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable)

Pay Range:

17.30 - 21.70
