Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community operations, drive occupancy, manage the P&L and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional resident and family experience.

This role requires strong leadership, proven results in senior living operations, and a passion for serving seniors. You will recruit and develop leaders, partner with the sales team, and uphold Sunrise’s standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Pay Range:

115,000.00 - 171,080.00
