Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily facilities operations, supervise maintenance team, and ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff. This hands-on role focuses on keeping building systems running efficiently while upholding safety standards.

The position involves supervising a maintenance team, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical repairs, and supporting move-ins/move-outs as well as vehicle

Qualifications

• Supervises maintenance team members and supports daily maintenance operations.
• Performs hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work.
• Ensures safety inspections and compliance with safety standards.
• Manages timekeeping and contributes to payroll accuracy.

• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Champion fire & life safety procedures and participate in safety committee efforts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and regulatory standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory and maintenance logs.
• Assist with painting, refurbishing and resident suite preparation.
• Support move-ins, move-outs and vehicle maintenance.
• Train team members on emergency procedures and safe chemical handling.
• Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy.
• Assist with driving community vehicle as needed.
