Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Security Superintendent – Consultant to lead security and telecom scopes on a major hi-tech construction program in Childress, TX. You will supervise low voltage subcontractors, manage RFIs, QA/QC, and ensure onsite safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5+ years of low voltage construction experience, OSHA 30, and a proven ability to coordinate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage electrical construction experience including security/telecom/structured cabling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification; must be onsite in Childress, TX and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials with client and architect.
• Ensure safety protocols and a safe work environment.
