Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security, retail, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in first aid and de-escalation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security and safety presence in the location.
• Validate building security per policy; monitor gates, doors, access control.
• Engage with drivers and inbound/outbound processes per policy.
• Conduct regular safety and security audits with mobile devices.
• Perform interior/exterior patrols to identify security concerns.
• De-escalate incidents using professional techniques.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies.
• Report suspicious behavior or hazards to leadership.
• Complete incident reports with accurate details in the system.
• Monitor CCTV to detect unauthorized activities.
• Attend monthly Safety Team meetings and maintain certifications.
