Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist in Escondido, CA to protect guests, team members, and assets. The role involves crisis response, de-escalation, and using Target's surveillance systems to document incidents in case management tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure and/or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
