• Respond to security incidents in a timely, documented manner.
• Use de-escalation tactics and Target's video surveillance system.
• Conduct theft recoveries and assist with theft apprehension per AP policy.
• Document incidents in the case management system per policy.
• Work safely and comply with all safety practices.
