Target is seeking a Security Specialist to support assets protection with a focus on de‑escalation, guest safety, and effective communication. You will work to keep guests and team members safe, while maintaining high standards for security procedures and incident reporting.

The role involves interacting with guests, responding to incidents, and supporting theft prevention efforts in a fast‑paced retail environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure or legal requirements as applicable.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and communicate on multiple frequency devices.

Responsibilities
