Job summary

Invicti Security in Austin seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives, driving technical win strategies and delivering maximum customer impact across AppSec. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, architect integrations into modern DevSecOps pipelines, and lead POVs during evaluations.

You will tailor product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and help the sales team understand complex tech concepts.

Qualifications

3+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS.
At least 1 year of direct security experience (e.g., security engineer, pentester, or security-focused role).
Solid understanding of modern software development, architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with web APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and scripting for automation.
Ability to translate complex security concepts into simple terms for varied audiences.
Hands-on CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Drive deal execution by partnering with Account Executives on key accounts.
Lead POVs with customers to uncover pain points and demonstrate product value.
Deliver tailored technical engagements via demos, resources, and RFP/RFI responses.
Bridge product and engineering, advocating for customer requirements and feedback.
Serve as an internal technical leader, mentoring peers on inquiries.
Adapt to evolving priorities with cross-functional projects.
