Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in a full-cycle sales environment for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring solutions in the Miami area.

You’ll be rewarded with uncapped commission and an on-target earnings range of $175,000–$250,000 for top performers, plus a base salary of $75,000. This full-time, hybrid role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities within ECAM.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain driving record.
2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota history.
Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).
Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video security solutions.
Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and persuasive business cases.
Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline and close deals.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
Support GTM initiatives with BDRs to improve funnel conversion.
