ADT in California is seeking a high-energy Sales Advisor to re-engage existing customers and grow territory revenue with personalized security, automation, and life-safety solutions. You’ll present proposals, follow up after installations, and generate referrals while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers and guide to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers; shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life-safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting product advantages over competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
