Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for the North Charleston, SC area. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance, ensuring high-quality service for the client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders.
