Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Martinsburg, WV. This full-time role oversees security operations on-site, coordinating staffing, training, and post orders to ensure client contractual compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, maintaining training standards, and responding to client requests. Must possess supervisory experience in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain any required licenses. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training/licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in security-related industry (minimum 1 year).
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee that all security on-site tasks are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
