Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security program at a Blythewood, SC site. The role includes staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring contract compliance for uniformed personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated levels.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shift.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and uphold post orders.
