Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year supervisory experience; associate degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary/commendation decisions.
