Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Baltimore to oversee security operations, ensure contract compliance, and manage on-site staffing and training. You will enforce quality controls, maintain incident reporting, and coordinate with clients to meet post orders and safety standards.

The role requires security leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of DHS regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years armed security experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year law enforcement experience in full-duty status.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of customer training certifications such as NWDTP and refresher courses.
• Understanding of customer and DHS security regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations to meet customer and contract standards.
• Ensure training, screening, and certifications are current for all security personnel.
• Implement and enforce the Quality Control Plan with regular inspections and reporting.
• Ensure accurate incident reporting and timely time-tracking where required.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Make recommendations for cost reductions and security post-orders.

Education

Associate's degree or higher in any discipline with 1 year security supervisory/management experience
