Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security or related field.
• Ten (10+) years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with access control and CCTV/security systems.
• Proven ability to supervise staff effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels across facilities to minimize overtime.
• Ensure service quality exceeds contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Training Manager for certifications and training.
• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly training plans.
• Know physical security systems including access control and video surveillance.
• Create, update, and maintain Post Orders and SOPs.
• Submit monthly statistical reports to client.
• Conduct annual vulnerability assessments and update emergency procedures.
• Meet with client representatives to address concerns professionally.
• Multitask and respond to dynamic situations and operational issues.
• Foster a cohesive team to handle daily challenges.
• Analyze processes and advise senior management.
