Job summary

Afognak Diversified Services, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama, Seeks a Captain of the Guard (COTG) to lead security operations for a Fortune Global 500 client. You will supervise staffing, schedule operations, and oversee training and quality of service while coordinating discipline with the Sr.

Operations Manager. The Captain of the Guard ensures staffing, KPI targets, training compliance, and adherence to post orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in law enforcement, security management, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in law enforcement and/or security may substitute education.
• Strong knowledge of access control and protection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels across facilities and minimize overtime.
• Ensure quality of service and meet KPIs.
• Coordinate training and certifications with Training Manager.
• Develop monthly and quarterly training plans.
• Update Post Orders and SOPs.
• Assist in monthly client reports.
