Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a Site Supervisor (Captain) to manage contract operations, direct staff, enforce policies, and report to the Program Manager. The Site Supervisor (Captain) is responsible for the overall operational management of the contract by directing staff, enforcing corporate policies and procedures and reporting deficiencies to the Program Manager for further action. Interacts with the customer to gather operational instructions for each day’s business, and then assures that all personnel receive those directives. Immediately responds to customer concerns and adjusts operations as directed.
Pay Rate: $33.81 Hourly
