Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
