Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while coordinating with management and clients to deliver quality service. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations, post procedures and reporting.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and discipline staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff; ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and consult management as needed.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts across client sites.
• Prepare, file, and submit required reports.
• Meet with clients to ensure security requirements are met and service quality is maintained.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
