Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass any State-required training or licensing as applicable.
• May need to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
