Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Waukegan, IL to oversee security officers at client sites. You will enforce post orders, ensure rounds are completed, and file required reports to maintain safety and compliance.

You will coach staff, provide training, coordinate coverage with management, and liaise with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met. View the role as a hands-on leadership position during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel assigned to client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document actions.
• Trains officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
