• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Background screening and drug test required.
• FA/CPR/AED certifications required.
• Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and staff assigned to client site; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
