Responsibilities

• Functions as supervisor of Security Officers and others at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist with payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports.
• Inspect posts and meet with team to outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
