The Site Supervisor will manage training, performance, payroll tasks, and client relations, while enforcing post orders and contract compliance. Candidates need security leadership experience and a high school diploma, with open weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state licensing/training requirements.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security function aspects on-site: staffing, scheduling, on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Make disciplinary decisions and cost-reduction recommendations.
• Advise on physical security surveys and post orders.
