Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and quality service.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Manage overtime to meet AUS limits and maintain cost efficiency.
• Inspect security personnel performance and quality of service on shifts.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
